- The architect designs and files the permits. Project management runs the whole project over time — cost, schedule, contractors, execution. The two are complementary; we work with your architect, or can propose one.
- Will you step into a project already underway?
- Yes, including to recover a site in difficulty. We start with a technical and contractual review.
- How are you paid?
- A fee agreed at the outset, as a percentage of the works value or a fixed sum depending on scope. It's independent of which contractors are chosen.
